Fenya Cherkassky

Fenya was born in 1899 in Smila, Ukraine.  Fenya's father was Yakov Cherkassky and her mother was Leah Dashevsky.  Her paternal grandfather was Grigory Cherkassky. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Solomon, Isaak, Yury, Sasha, Roza, Manya and Ida.  She was the third oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 90 in 1989.
