Manya was born in 1918.  Manya's father was Lev Shvartsburg and her mother was Rachel Kobrinsky Shvartsburg.  Her maternal grandparents were Grandpa Kobrinsky and Grandma Kobrinsky. She had a brother and two sisters, named Aron, Anna and Roza.  She died at the age of 78 in 1996.
